The Dutch Equine Art Fair was a special experience for me. It was an honor to showcase my horse portraits there and share my passion for horses with the public.
I work with soft pastels and pastel pencils on pastelmat paper, focusing on detail, light, and expression. In my portraits, I aim to capture not just the appearance, but the presence and personality of each horse. Drawing is a calm, focused process for me, where emotion slowly emerges layer by layer.
Being part of the Art Fair greatly motivated me to continue sharing my work, including here on my website.
