Process of booking and completing your portrait

1 Book your portrait

Get in touch with me via the contact form or via email to let me know what size and number of subjects you would like and the reference photo(s) you would like to be used.

You can always send me more then one reference photo if you are not sure which reference picture you want to use for the portrait.

2 Payment process

A deposit upfront of 150€ is necessary for securing your place in our waiting list. The deposit is non refundable as you are booking a space in our calendar that could be used for someone else.

After booking, we will contact you through email and you can send a photo(s) of your beloved pet(s). I accept payment via bank transfer and Paypal.

3 Photo references

Please send us photos of your beloved pet (dog, cat, horse, person, bird, or multiple together). Ideally, include different angles, not too close or far, and at the same level for group portraits.

High-quality photos pf your beloved pet(s) are preferred but not required, low-quality ones can work too. If you’re unsure or have limited photos, send what you have, and we'll make it work!

4 The making of the portrait.

Once your payment has been received, you'll be reserve a place in our schedule. we'll keep you informed about your place in line and any estimated wait times.

A portrait takes min. 1 week to finish depending on the size and pets

When it's your turn, i'll let you know when i begin with your portrait. The duration of the process depends on factors such as the number of pets and the chosen size.

5 Final Steps & Shipping

Once your portrait is complete, we’ll send a photo of the final result. After you approve and pay the remaining balance, we’ll ship the portrait.

Shipping times vary: 5-7 days to the US (FedEx/UPS), 3 days within Belgium (Bpost), 3 days to the Netherlands (PostNL).

All international shipments use FedEx or UPS.
